Napolitano gone, but not this year

Governor Janet Napolitano has accepted Barack Obama's offer to head Homeland Security, but Napolitano will not be resigning until she officially is in the position. That means Napolitano will still be at the helm when the next legislative session opens in January and when the budget is submitted.
