First signs of unity
By Wally EdgeAZ-5 Laura Knaperek was the first congressional candidate to reach out in a sign of unity today. Knaperek issued a statement congratulating David Schweikert for winning and offered to help him defeat Democratic Congressman Harry Mitchell.
AZ-1 Democrats are also getting on the unity train. The three losing candidates Mary Kim Titla, Howard Shanker and Jeffrey Brown will be attending a press conference tomorrow in Flagstaff to show their support for Ann Kirkpatrick.

I wonder if Mary Kim Titla
I wonder if Mary Kim Titla will get a job with Kirkpatrick now? Remember, all Mary Kim wants is notoriety for herself and her family. What has she done for her people? When this is all done and over, Native Americans will get nothing out of this with a self-promoting Indian lady and a non-Indian woman, who both could care less for Indian issues, and have no knowledge of Indian issues. Being Indian, doesn't make you knowledgeable about your history unless you speak the language.
