Romney wins Maricopa County Straw Poll

We had heard from sources earlier today that the Maricopa County Republicans held a straw poll, but didn't release results.  Well that appears to be inaccurate. The Sonoran Alliance is reporting Romney wins Maricopa County Straw Poll

Final numbers from Professional Republicans straw poll

Last night we reported the Professional Republicans held a straw poll and a sounce told us Ron Paul was the big winner.

The Professional Replicans have submitted the final numbers to us and if these numbers are any indication (doubtful) the Ron Paul campaign will be excited on Feb 5th. Notice"blank ballots" beat current national frontrunner Mike Huckabee.

New Poll shows close race in Michigan

According to a new poll from the Rossman Group the Republican primary in Michigan is going to be a close one. The poll conducted between Jan 6-7 shows Mike Huckabee leading with 23%, Mitt Romney follows with 22% and John McCain is in third with 18%.

McCain and Clinton claim NH Primary victories

During the last 24 hours before the NH Primary all the talk was of a Mitt Romney last minute surge and a Barack Obama continued surge that would lead to a double-digit on the Democratic side.

John McCain and Hillary Clinton were able to stun the pundits and pull off wins in last nights first in the nation primary.

Early NH voting gives McCain lead

Dixville Notch and Hart’s Location NH have a tradition of being the first towns in NH to vote. Both small locations open their polls at midnight and are usually done voting by 12:02 am.
