Romney will endorse McCain
By Evan Brown, PolitickerAZ.com ReporterCNN is reporting that Mitt Romney will formally endorse Sen. John McCain today at a press conference in Boston, Mass.
Dana Bash, correspondent for CNN, reported just now that fmr. Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will hold a press conference at 3:30 EST this afternoon to throw his support behind Republican presidential frontrunner John McCain.
McCain so far has a delegate total of 827 to fmr. Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee's 217. McCain needs to pick up an additional 364 delegates to reach the 1,191 delegate threshold that secures Republican presidential nomination.
