My friends, John McCain is still having a problem finding his position on immigration reform.
After spearheading an amnesty bill last year with U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.), McCain seemed to move more to the right, emphasizing a desire to strengthen border security and put law enforcement first.
Now, McCain seems to be right back where he started, joining California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in calling for comprehensive immigration reform, including guest worker visas to bring employees to California’s Silicon Valley and the state’s vast agricultural fields.
We'll see how many times he goes back and forth as we move into the general election.
